This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below.

REQUEST FOR TENDER 22-61
École Secondaire Catholique Franco-Cité – Mechanical and Electrical Upgrades
The Intent of this Tender is to obtain Bids from Bidders to perform mechanical and electrical upgrades project, located at 90 Main Street, Sturgeon Falls ON P2B 2Z7, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2 – 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the “Contract”).
This Request for Tender is being released during the COVID-19 healthcare emergency. The Board expects that the successful respondent enforces the Canadian Construction Association Standard Protocols for All Canadian Construction Sites and any other Orders in Council pursuant to section 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act related to COVID-19.
