This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by Centre d’excellence en approvisionnement FRANCOachat and its participating agencies (“CEA FRANCOachat”) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below.

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION 22-59
École Élémentaire Catholique Saints-Anges – Miscellaneous Repairs and Replacements
The Intent of this Requested Quotation is to obtain Quotations from general contractors to perform a miscellaneous brick and EIFS repairs, exterior door replacement and terrazzo stair tread repairs project, located at 681-B Chippewa Street West, North Bay ON P1B 6G8, for a Stipulated Price contract in the form of a CCDC 2 – 2008 with Supplemental Conditions, in accordance with all Bid Documents and Terms and Conditions outlined herein (the “Contract”).
This Request for Quotation is being released during the COVID-19 healthcare emergency. The Board expects that the successful respondent enforces the Canadian Construction Association Standard Protocols for All Canadian Construction Sites and any other Orders in Council pursuant to section 7.0.1 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act related to COVID-19.
It is anticipated that contract work is to commence on June 29th, 2022 or sooner with a conclusion date no later than August 26th, 2022.
