Description

Conestoga College is seeking Prequalification submissions from qualified General Contractors, for the construction works associated with: a renovation to the existing Guelph Campus. The work is at 460 Speedvale Ave W, Guelph, Ontario and will commence early in the spring of 2018. All work for this project must be complete by August 24th, 2018.

The work consists of recladding of the exterior of the existing facility. The project will require some phasing to accommodate the existing operations within the existing building. The cost of construction of the work is in the order of Two Million dollars.

Responses will be used to pre-qualify firms for an invitation to bid for the construction works associated with the renovation of the Facility. Conestoga will accept bids for this project from only those Contractors prequalified through this Prequalification process.
