General Contractor services for AODA Exterior - Land Registry Office

The scope of work includes, but not limited to the following:
• Removing the existing concrete walkway, excavating and installing new concrete walkway to be flush with the existing asphalt.
• Installing new concrete curb to retain existing flower bed.
• Installing new concrete ramp connecting the existing walkway with new.
• Installing new tactile surface indicators.
• Erasing the existing painted parking lines and paint new lines and H/C signs (stensil).
• Pavement markings must be contrasting to the pavement and must use non-slip paint.
• Installing new post-mounted signs in front of each parking stall, to specified dimensions as per drawings. Sign must be in accordance with Ontario Highway Traffic Act, Ontario Reg. 581
• The 911 call center require a 5-day notice of work to be completed and scheduled. This area is 24/7 operational and is required to remain as such.
• 911 call center will require a Permit to Work (PTW) to be signed by tenants
