860617 - Red River College - Accessibility Audit Request for Proposal

Red River College (“RRC” or the “Owner”) has a longstanding and successful practice of identifying barriers to accessibility to meet the needs of their students, employees and community members. As the last accessibility audit was completed in 2006, RRC requires consultant services to complete an accessibility audit of both their owned and leased properties. RRC’s owned and leased properties include RRC’s Notre Dame Campus, Exchange District Campus, Stevenson Aviation Campus, Portage le Prairie Campus, Southport Campus, Steinbach Campus, Selkirk Campus, and Winkler Campus. RRC requires this audit to be completed in order to assess its current conditions, review the accessibility requirements and provide prioritized recommendations for actions to upgrade the accessibility over an immediate, 5-year and long-term timeline.
 
The Owner has obtained Colliers Project Leaders (“Colliers” or the “Project Manager”) to provide project management services for the project on behalf of RRC to procure consultant services. RRC will manage the project once the contract has been awarded.
