Description

Red River College (“RRC” or the “Owner”) is planning to complete multiple lab upgrade projects within their 2055 Notre Dame Campus. These projects include completion of electrical and mechanical assessment, design, cost estimation and support during the construction period. The Owner requires a design consultant to oversee all aspects of developing contract documents suitable for permitting and construction. The Owner has obtained Colliers Project Leaders (“Colliers” or the “Project Manager”) to provide project management services for the project on behalf of RRC.

This RFP seeks a Prime Consultant leading a team that can provide the services described herein.
