The facility where the bundled projects will take place is located in 125 Resources Road, Etobicoke, ON M9P 3V6, and is occupied by the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP). There are various other buildings at this site, but specifically 125 Resources Road has tenant space divided into three (3) wings (East, North, and West). Approximately 75% of the overall area is used as laboratory space of various disciplines and the remainder is office and miscellaneous spaces. The roof areas at all the Wings are in poor condition and should be replaced. The intent of these bundled projects is to replace the Built Up Roofs as follows: - Approximately 45000 SF at the North Wing (B12425) - Approximately 32,200 SF at the East Wing (B16338) - Approximately 31,600 SF at the West Wing (B16360)
