1099240-273959 - Request for Proposal (RFP) Independent Commissioning Authority (CxA) Services

Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is a Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) retained by Infrastructure Ontario (IO) under the Master Service Agreement.  Colliers Project Leaders Inc.  is acting as Owner on behalf of IO requests written proposals to secure Commissioning Authority services for EFB (Ellen Fairclough Building( Controls and Instrumentation – BAS Renewal, Ellen Fairclough Building – 119 King Street West, Hamilton, ON.   The Owner is committed to commissioning this project to ensure that all systems are well designed, complete and functioning properly upon occupancy, and that the Owner has adequate system documentation, and training.
The Ellen Fairclough Building located at 119 King Street West in downtown Hamilton. The building is interconnected with the Hamilton Convention Centre. The building is leased by Infrastructure Ontario and the Hamilton Convention Centre is owned and operated by the City of Hamilton.
The project is a complete replacement of existing BAS system with new non proprietary system to be implemented. Under a separate RFP, a prime consultant will be hired for the design of the project. Please review the RFP for the scope of work listed for the Commissioning Agent.
