The scope includes the following:
Brant County Courthouse - Install waterproofing system to the exterior face of the foundation walls, Brick and Stone Cladding Repairs, Pedestrian Paving Repairs, and concrete step repairs.
Brant County Land Registry Office - repair brick and stone cladding, including localized repointing and repair of damaged bricks.
Brant County Jail - repoint brick veneer and stone foundation mortar, replace spalled units and dry brush removal of efflorescence.
