IO, which is an agency of the Ontario Government, is a crown corporation owned by the Province of Ontario and established by the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011. OILC provides customer focused real estate services to the Ontario Government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management, and capital projects.
Project: 1087832 – RSK Welch Courthouse (CH) - St. Catharines Building (B20619)
The RSK Welch Courthouse, is located at 59 Church Street, St. Catharines, ON
Scope of work includes:
Replacement of Main switchboard (1);
Replacement of 9 transformers;
Replacement of 5 spliters and 36 electrical panels;
Single Line diagram update;
Review and replacement of the ATS Switch and Generator TAP Box;
Review of the Power factor Correction System (PFC), a separate price will be obtained for the PFC
system; and Updated ArcFlash stickers to be installed at each equipment.
The project to take into account provision of temporary services including rental switchboard and
generators to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing court operations.
The Prime Consultant will be responsible to develop and demonstrate the phasing plan approach to the stakeholders.
The project will be executed in an operational building during the off hours (after 6:00p.m till morning 5:00am) and weekends and will take into consideration the phasing plan for the equipment shutdown for replacement to minimise impact on the courthouse.
