Scope of Work
Colliers Project Leaders Inc. is acting as Owner on behalf of IO requests written proposals to secure Commissioning Authority services for the CNCC Generator, Penetanguishene Correctional Facility, 1501 Fuller Avenue. The Owner is committed to commissioning this project to ensure that all systems are well designed, complete and functioning properly upon occupancy, and that the Owner has adequate system documentation, and training.
Colliers Project Leaders Inc. invites individual firms or consortiums of firms to submit Proposals for the above-referenced project in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal document.
Project has been initiated to replace existing generator system and fuel tanks with a new generator system using two 1000KW generators, new fuel tanks, transfer switch and all other associated components/equipment.
Commissioning consultant will be required to meet with Schedule A requirements following all applicable code compliances (TSSA included) and IO guidelines referenced.
Once a Non-Disclosure Agreement is received, applicable documentation will be provided.

Security Clearances: Commissioning Consultant and Sub-Consultants are required to carry MGS and CPIC Clearances for all work associated with the project.

There will be a Mandatory Teleconference Call on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 11:00 AM please refer to RFP Document for call in information. Please confirm attendance to the teleconference call no later than 24hrs prior to the date and time of the information teleconference.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
