Additional Bidding Instructions

The proposal submission must be presented using a two-envelope system.
Eight (8) Copies of the technical proposal & one (1) separate sealed envelope for the cost proposal submission.

Proposal, less the cost/fee section is to be provided in Envelope A. The fees for the services are to be provided in a sealed envelope (Envelope B). The fee envelope will be opened after the review and evaluation of the Proposal, provided in Envelope A.
