The Fort Erie Courthouse is occupied by the Ministry of the Attorney General (MAG).The facility has only one Courtroom and is used 3-4 days per week. The building is a single-story structure, raised one meter above the flat graded site. The envelope is brick and architectural cut stone block, and was constructed in 1995.

Project 3 - (1072251-272322) - Domestic Water Distribution Renewal
Backflow prevention device will be installed on each service (domestic and fire protection). Existing 40-gallon tank with 38,000 BTU/hr will be replaced with an instantaneous type hot water tank. All domestic water (hot, cold, recirculation) piping shall be replaced complete with insulation, jacketing and identification. Existing plumbing fixtures to remain and to be reconnected to new domestic water services.
