Description

IO, which is an agency of the Ontario Government, is a crown corporation owned by the Province of Ontario and established by the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011. OILC provides customer focused real estate services to the Ontario Government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management, and capital projects.

The scope of work is a full equipment modernization of the three passenger elevators which includes the following; replace the controller, drive, gearless machines, fixtures, travel cable, governor, and safeties, guide shoes, replacement of the door operators, door detectors, replacement of hall door interlocks, connecting rods and pickup rollers, as well as the installation of Lunar Key Access on all floors for inspectors, field personnel and the fire department, and also provide a sump pump in the elevator pit.
