IO, which is an agency of the Ontario Government, is a crown corporation owned by the Province of Ontario and established by the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011. OILC provides customer focused real estate services to the Ontario Government, including strategic portfolio management, asset management, property and land management, and capital projects.
The scope of work involves the following:
The project consists of two separate projects, 1090115-273064 EMDC Offices and Stairwell and 1090138-273051 EMDC Officers Stations CCTV Intercoms FFE. The tender will be
awarded to one General Contractor for both projects with separate PO’s issued for each project.
1090115-273064 EMDC Offices and Stations: The scope of work is the supply and installation of a UPS with a 2-hour runtime for the intercom system being installed under bundled project 1090138. This project includes the labour and installation for the UPS and for labour and material of equipment that is not capitalized.
1090138-273051 EMDC Officers Stations CCTV Intercom: The scope of work is for the supply and installation for CCTV Cameras, Intercoms, and the Harding DXL intercom head end equipment for stairwell locations and other locations. The intercoms shall be digital. This will also include the labour, wiring and conduit for the installation of FF&E in order to provide functioning systems for the purpose of capitalization.
