Description

The high level scope of work consists of replacement of the roof
systems on Bldgs A2, B, C1, and L at EC Drury School. The existing
roof systems are to be replaced with a two ply hot applied modified
bituminous roof system. High level scope also includes relocation of gas
piping to accommodate parapet corrections (A2), installation of new roof
drains and piping to address ponding issues, and installation of new
ladders and guardrails. Scope further includes renewal of rooftop
condenser units and skylight replacement on select rooftops as outlined
below.

Bidders shall attend the mandatory site visit and ensure they register
his/her name, title and company name with the Colliers Project Leaders
Inc representative. Failure to attend and to register will result in the Bid
not being accepted.

The site visit will commence at 2:00 PM on June 7, 2018 at the site,
EC Drury School, 255 Ontario St. S, Milton, ON. Bidders are to meet
with the Project Manager in the main entrance lobby. Visitors must be
buzzed in by the front desk. If no one is present at the front desk, press
the intercom button located in the main entrance vestibule to be
admitted.
