Description

Proponents will be expected to prepare the Owners Project Requirements (OPR) and provide full service building commissioning in accordance with OILC Building Commissioning Guidelines 2017 included as Appendix M. Commissioning consists of systematically documenting that specified assemblies, components, and systems have been installed and started up properly, functionally checked, and performance tested to verify and document proper operation and capacity through all modes and conditions.

In addition, owner personnel training will be verified and final project operations and maintenance (O&M) documents will be reviewed for completeness.

Intent of this project is to compliment the recommendations provided as part of a previously completed study.
