Description

AHU renewal project has been initated for 95 Stone Rd, West which is an Infrastructure Ontario Government building, located in Guelph, Ontario.
The client is seeking pre-qualification for General Contractor specialized in Mechanical Trade with expertise in HVAC renewal. The prequalification will end by 2:00p.m on March 4, 2021. It is anticipated that construction may commence around April/May 2021 and will be completed no later than April 29, 2022.
