Description

This project will be an undertaking to design and implementation of Central AHU Renewal at 95
Stone Road W, Guelph.
95 Stone Road West is a laboratory building located in Guelph, Ontario. The building is part of a
complex of buildings with a shared site, located at the north-west corner of Gordon Street and Stone
Road West. The building has one storey above grade plus a mechanical penthouse, and a single
basement level. The building was constructed around 1990-1991.Around the year 2000, 95 Stone
Road West was joined to 93 Stone Road West, to the south, via an addition. The following areas are
considered part of 93 Stone Road West: ground floor area of the addition and a portion of the ground
floor of the 95 Stone Road West building. The total building gross rentable floor area is
approximately 15,400m2.
The site is considered a critical environment.

RFPQ responses are accepted electronically in email submission.
Submissions must be received frore the followng date and time (the "Closing Date and Time).
2:00:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, on the date identified in Section 1.2.1
Submissions received after the Closing Date and Time will not be accepted under any circumstance.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically before the RFPQ closing date. Electronic Proposals must
be addressed and delivered to the Owner at the following e-mail address in accordance with
Electronic Submission Instructions below:
