Infrastructure Ontario selected Colliers Project Leaders as its Project Management Service Provider (PMSP) for high complexity projects in November 2023 following an open, fair and competitive procurement process. The contract extends a long-standing partnership with Infrastructure Ontario that began with an initial agreement in 2008. For more than 15 years, we have worked with Infrastructure Ontario to successfully deliver more than 3,600 projects, including hospital expansions, healthcare centres, courthouses, building conversions and other critical infrastructure. Under the Master Service Agreement, Colliers Project Leaders is now establishing and managing Vendors of Record (VOR) in accordance with Infrastructure Ontario policies. Vendors are subject to the terms of the Colliers Project Leaders Vendor Performance Program. The information on this page is for suppliers qualified – or wishing to qualify – as a Vendor of Record for Infrastructure Ontario projects as per the PMSP. Colliers Project Leaders does not maintain Vendors of Record for work outside of this PMSP agreement.
