The College seeks to provide enhanced services to its job applicants, employees, and managers by implementing a comprehensive technology system that will manage information, automate activities and enable the completion of actions, to manage all information related to and phases of the employment relationship.
A new HCMS should include all components to perform activities as outlined above. Suppliers are asked to be very specific in the components available in their HCMS and whether they are resident in the system or acquired through third party licensing.
