Description

College Boreal is out to market in search of a contracting firm to move forward with a renovation project. The project is located on the second level of our main campus, in Sudbury, Ontario. The project consists of renovating our existing school of trade administration area.
The renovation includes:

Approximately 3469 square feet of office space.
The successful proponent will be responsible to carefully dismantle, move to a temporary location and reinstall the existing workstations.
Some workstations will be disposed of by the successful proponent.
The carpet and VCT tile will be removed and replaced.
The walls, door frames and doors will be painted.
Two new doors will be installed.
Mechanically, some heat pumps will be removed and new ones installed in their place.

The project is slated to start the renovation as soon as possible in January 2021 and be completed by Marsh 31, 2021. Funding for the project has been approved.
