CB22-12 - Simulated Ambulance with Driving Simulator

Service Providers who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the goods and services described, may submit a Statement of Capabilities in writing on or before the closing date of this Notice. The Statement of Capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the Service Provider meets the required attributes stated above.

To be eligible for consideration, the Service Provider’s response must be uploaded by the closing date and time stated in this document (the “Closing Time”).  All responses must be submitted using the Merx Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”).  Service Providers are urged to contact Merx customer support (www.merx.ca), 1-800-964-6379 in advance of submitting a response to ensure they are registered with Merx and are familiar with the EBS requirements and procedures.

The Service Provider’s response must be accepted by the MERX Electronic Bid Submission no later than the date and time noted in the table below. Statements of Capability submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected by the MERX EBS and will not be accepted by the college. No submission will be accepted after the submission deadline. Logging onto the MERX site prior to closing is not recognized as submitting the bid prior to the close time. Submission download must start prior to the close time.
