16-111 - Interior Renovations - 7515 Forest Glade

Scope of Work
College Boreal, is performing a major interior renovation at its Windsor Campus. 18,753 sq. ft. Interior renovation to Classrooms, Resource Center and Washrooms.  Project also includes extensive re-working of the Mechanical & Electrical Systems and replacement of heat pumps.
 
The project will be awarded March 31, 2017. The Work must be completed as quickly and expeditiously as possible. Construction Start Date is April 4, 2017 and Substantial Performance for the Project is required on or before August 15, 2017.
 
The site in which the work is to be performed is located at 7515 Forest Glade Drive, Windsor, ON
 
A mandatory Site Examination and Bidders' Briefing has been scheduled for March 9, 2017 beginning at 9:30 a.m. All interested parties will meet at the front door of Collège Boréal, 7515 Forest Glade Drive, Winsor, ON. Attendance will be taken on site. The site may not be available for viewing at any other time. All Contractors and major subtrade tenderers and suppliers are invited. Attendance will be taken and the General Contract Bidders' List prepared from those present. Tenders will not be accepted from General Contract Bidders who do not attend the Mandatory Site Examination and Bidders' Briefing. Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory, for Subcontractors.

Please note that all expenses involved with the drafting and submission of these responses shall be borne by the Bidder.
