Collège Boréal d’arts appliqués et de technologie is inviting firms to submit offers for the maintenance of four elevators at the Sudbury campus. The scope of Work for this Elevator Maintenance Agreement shall consist of the supplying and paying for all costs associated with the provision of materials, parts, lubricants, cleaning supplies, diagnostic equipment, storage facilities, equipment, field labour, supervision, engineering, record keeping and any other necessary activities, services or components as required to perform the Work.

To be eligible for consideration, the Proponent’s proposal must be uploaded by the closing date and time stated in this document (the “Closing Time”). All responses must be submitted using the Merx Electronic Bid Submission (“EBS”). Proponents are urged to contact Merx customer support (www.merx.ca), 1-800-964-6379 in advance of submitting a response to ensure they are registered with Merx and are familiar with the EBS requirements and procedures.

The Proponent’s response must be accepted by the MERX Electronic Bid Submission no later than the date and time noted above as Closing Time. Proposals submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected by the MERX EBS and will not be accepted by the college. No submission will be accepted after the submission deadline. Logging onto the MERX site prior to closing is not recognized as submitting the bid prior to the close time. Submission download must start prior to the closing time.
