Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to explore the possibility of a commercial-off-the-shelf system to both manage curriculum related workflow, including new program development; annual/ongoing program and course updates/modifications and provide course outline and course mapping solutions to replace the College’s current in-house repository system, BoréalÉDU. While support services can be rendered in the English language, the user interface must be in French.

Proposals must be received no later than Closing Time 2 p.m. on February 25th, 2022.

To be eligible for consideration, the Proponent’s proposal must be sent to ddp.rfp@collegeboreal.ca by the closing date and time stated above. The file sent must be in one, or a combination, of the following formats: Word, Excel or PDF. The sender will receive a confirmation that the proposal was received. Proponents who experience difficulty sending their proposal must contact the purchasing manager by email at the following address ddp.rfp@collegeboreal.ca to report the problem.

The Proponent’s response must be accepted no later than the date and time noted above as Closing Time. Proposals submitted later than the official closing time will be rejected and will not be accepted by the college. No submission will be accepted after the Closing Time.
