As CNL further advances its campus revitalization we are interested in onboarding a partner with world class expertise in delivering sustainability enhancements within Capital Projects.   As we deliver projects ranging in size and complexity from site infrastructure upgrades and improvements, building retrofits, to new build science laboratories, CNL requires a holistic approach to improvements in sustainability of our capital projects and further wellness benefits for our employees, and to further build a legacy that future generations will be proud of.  CNL is interested in a partner that would bring world class expertise to our team for energy efficiency, through modelling and both pre and post-performance reporting, Carbon accounting,  Mass Timber construction, Lifecycle costing to support options analysis in building materials, Climate resiliency, Sustainable Procurement, Waste Management, Wellness, and building Sustainable design features.
