Description

Master Services Agreement(MSA) for Consulting Support services aligned to Urban Planning and Conceptual Layouts. These services will support CNL’s regulatory commitments, project execution processes and quality assurance requirements. The MSA Statement of Work sets out Site Planning, and Conceptual Layout Services for various projects at CNL sites(Chalk River, Ontario and Pinawa, Manitoba locations).

The second(2nd) Statement of Work outlines deliverables for the Waste Management Campus Program where CNL is seeking services for the development of a Site Master Plan for the Outer Area Precinct WM Campus. This would represent the first Task Order under the Urban Planner Master Service Agreement.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Please return a signed copy of the Document Transmittal Sheet, to jodie.boxall@cnl.ca, that confirms receipt of the two CNL Statement of Work documents include in the RFP package.

All Proponents are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in advance of releasing the referenced documents in the CNL Statement of Work(s). If you are interested in participating in this RFP please contact Jodie Boxall at jodie.boxall@cnl.ca no later than July 5, 2024. Following CNL’s approval of the signed NDAs, the additional referenced documents will be released to the Proponent(s).

PLEASE NOTE - Clarification questions are managed via MERX however final RFP submissions must be submitted via Bonfire. Further information has been provide in the RFP solicitation package.
