Description

This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is an invitation to prospective Contractors to submit Proposals from Contractors as further described:
This project is comprised of:

Cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) lining of the existing ±1.8m diameter x ±15m long corrugated steel pipe (CSP) culvert
Removal of existing temporary concrete barriers at edges of roadway shoulders and replacement with new steel beam approach guiderail and end treatments
Minor roadway works to widen and modify existing gravel shoulders and embankments and cul-de-sac rehabilitation.
Other associated activities and works (dewatering, site restoration, temporary access from roadway, etc.)

The existing culvert (Structure 26B) is located on Hunters Hollow Drive in Clarence-Rockland, approximately 225m north of Tucker Road.

Tenders are to be deposited in person or by a courier provider in the grey parcel deposit box secured on the east wall of City Hall, located at 1560 Laurier street in Rockland (Wall facing the new Fire Station).
The Manager of Supply and Processes will be present on site at 2:00:00 p.m. to confirm the delivery time of the bids received.
