Description

Invitations are requested for a Construction Manager to provide Construction Management (At Risk) services for a mixed-use project at 1920 3rd Avenue in Rossland, BC. The project is being developed through a collaboration between the Lower Columbia Affordable Housing Society and the City of Rossland.

The preliminary concept plan for the project is a four-storey mixed-use project. The ground floor portion will be non-residential, commercial use. The second, third, and fourth storeys will consist of up to 36 residential units, comprised of a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Surface parking will be provided at the rear of the site.
