Proposal packages outlining specifics may be obtained by email request to gerald.giroux@city.summerside.pe.ca or in person at the reception desk of the City of Summerside, Municipal Services, 94 Ottawa St., Summerside between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Monday to Friday.

Sealed Envelopes clearly marked "South Drive Upgrade" on the outside must be received at City Hall Tender Box, 275 Fitzroy St., Summerside. PEI, C1N 1H9, no later than 12:59:59pm local time on September 7, 2018.

The City of Summerside reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker. The contact information can be found within the main tender document and/or on this notice abstract.
