INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Owner: City of Quesnel Project: Pinecrest Reservoir – Bolted Steel Reservoir Design, Supply and Installation Reference No: 1190.0166.02 The Owner invites Quotations for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: • complete the detailed design, supply and installation of the bolted steel reservoir and its related appurtenances The successful Proponent will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2008) Stipulated Price Contract. Sealed Quotations clearly marked “CITY OF QUESNEL – PINECREST RESERVOIR – BOLTED STEEL RESERVOIR, DESIGN, SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION” will be received prior to, April 25, 2017 at 02:00:00 p.m., local time, at the following address and location: Address: City of Quesnel 410 Kinchant Street Quesnel, BC V2J 7J5 kcoombs@quesnel.ca Attention: Ken Coombs, Director of Infrastructure and Capital Works Quotation Documents and reference material for this contract will only be distributed electronically in digital format (pdf format) through the tendering website at: www.merx.com (Private Tenders tab) Electronic Documents include: • Quotation Document, Specifications and Appendices • Issued for Quotation Drawings • Any Addenda Documents will be available for downloading commencing April 11, 2017.
