DISPLAY-2019-04-12 - Council Chambers Display System

Introduction 1.1The City of Quesnel invites responses to this request for proposal (“RFP”) for an update to the display system used in Council Chambers. 1.2The current system is two projectors. The projectors are end of life and the desire is to move to digital displays that provide a better viewing experience for the public and Council positions and to provide an additional display in the lobby of Council Chambers. 1.3This RFP contains a suggested design solution but the City is open to alternatives that achieve the same objectives.
