Description

The City of Quesnel invites proposals to deliver a business case for an Airport Training Centre that meets the requirements for certification by the Justice Institute of British Columbia. The potential uses of an Airport Training Centre in a stand alone building on the airport grounds will be explored. The business case should examine the potential to maximize fee based use of a flight school, industrial safety training, training for fire departments, forestry crews, and use as backup Emergency Operations Centre and other complimentary activities. This project is funded in part by the Northern Development Initiatives Trust.
