Sealed tenders, plainly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, Ontario, until: 2:00:59 PM, LOCAL TIME, Tuesday, June 13th, 2017 for the installation of a watermain along Victoria Street between Renfrew Street and Isabella Street (a distance of 100 m) including water services on Victoria Street and Isabella Street and pavement restoration. Complete tender documents may be obtained from Jp2g Consultants Inc., 12 International Drive, Pembroke, Ontario, K8A 6W5, on or after Tuesday May 23rd, 2017 on payment of a non-refundable cost of $100.00 per set. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc. There will be a mandatory bidders meeting onsite outside the Pembroke Fire Department (273 Victoria Street) on June 6th , 2017 at 9:00 AM. The successful bidder will be required to file with the Owner the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
