Description

The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the supply and delivery of one (1) new custom chassis pumper/rescue fire truck to the City of Pembroke Fire Department by October 1, 2018.

All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, October 26, 2017.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

The procurement of goods specified in this RFP document is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Ontario-Québec Trade and Cooperation Agreement (OQTCA).

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice.
