The equipment and vehicles are being sold on an “as is, where is” basis. There are no warranties or any representations with respect to the goods, either expressed or implied. Reserve bids may apply. Interested parties may view the equipment as stated within the tender document. The items offered for sale are available for viewing on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at the City of Pembroke Operations Yard, 442 River Road, Pembroke, ON.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
