The City of Pembroke is seeking proposals from interested Proponents for the supply and delivery of one (1) new current model year diesel powered single axle cab and chassis with dump body/spreader system and 11-foot hydraulic plow with 10-foot hydraulic wing to the City of Pembroke Operations Department by December 15, 2018.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents will be received by the undersigned until: 2:00:59 p.m., Local Time, Tuesday, May 22, 2018
Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. Proposals will not be opened publicly. Language of proposal submissions is English.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) document is available Wednesday, May 2, 2018 free of charge from the address below in a standard paper version or a complete PDF version may be obtained through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca.
All questions relating to this RFP will be received in writing up to and no later than 4:00 p.m. local time on Monday, May 14, 2018.
The procurement of goods and services specified in the proposal document is subject to the provision of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals at its sole discretion. The lowest or any proposal will not necessarily be accepted.
