The City of Pembroke is seeking competitive proposals from qualified Proponents for the provision of Engineering Design and Contract Administration Services for the rehabilitation of Foster Fraser Bridge, an existing concrete girder bridge. Works to include, but not be limited to, the removal and repair/replacement of existing structure components, installation of new traffic railing, and paving works. Anticipated completion of the work is summer 2020.
Hard copy sealed proposals, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Ms. Diane Schofield, Deputy Treasurer, City of Pembroke, Operations Department, 460 River Road, Pembroke, ON, K8A 1A1 until: 2:00:59 pm, Local Time, Tuesday, November 19, 2019
Proposal documents are available October 28, 2019 and may be obtained, free of charge, through email request to purchasing@pembroke.ca. Language of proposal submissions is English. Electronic submissions are not acceptable. Proposals will be opened immediately following closing time. There will not be a public opening.
All questions relating to this proposal request will be received in writing up to and no later than 12:00 pm local time on Wednesday, November 13, 2019.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The lowest or any proposals may not necessarily be accepted.
