The Infrastructure and Water Services Department of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply, delivery and install of a reconditioned breaker. In accordance with the attached specifications, terms and conditions set out herein referred to as the Work.
