Description

The City of Ottawa’s Fire Services hereinafter referred to as the “City” or “OFS”, is seeking proposal submissions to provide professional water and ice rescue technician courses (Swift Water Safety Rescue Technician Level 3, Boat Safety Rescue Technician Level 3, and Ice Safety Rescue Technician Level 3) for approximately 24 urban and rural firefighters. The courses are expected to be performed in the months of February and September, as described in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex “A” – Terms of Reference.
