Supply and Delivery of Video Encoders/Decoders for Traffic Operations
Requirement
Traffic Operations requires the supply and delivery of Ten (10) SIQURA S-60 SA MPEG2/MPEG4 Video Decoders with Audio and Seven (7) SIQURA C-60E-MC SA Video Encoders, in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications included in this Request for Quotation.
Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFQ are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than Tuesday 18 July 2017. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
Closing Date
Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on Tuesday 25 July 2017.
Bid Submission
Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MERX online system to the Contracting Authority noted below. Any inquiries prior to the Closing Date shall be directed to the Contracting Authority only.
