Environmental Assessment Study of Earl Armstrong Road Extension

The City of Ottawa is seeking responses for qualification pertaining to Request for Qualification (RFQ) No. 24817-96132-Q02 for the Environmental Assessment Study of Earl Armstrong Road Extension in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ document.

This RFQ is the first stage of a two-stage process.  This stage involves the short-listing of the most qualified Respondents.  The City will select up to four (4) submissions starting from the highest scoring Respondent.  Submissions receiving less than 70% will not form part of the selection process for Stage Two.

The RFQ document is only available through Merx.
