Supply and Delivery of Sixty (60) Transit Bus Operator Seats
Requirement
To supply and deliver Sixty (60) Recaro Transit Bus Operator Seats (hereinafter referred to as the “Equipment”). The Equipment will be delivered in a fully operational condition as described herein, and ready for its intended and immediate use all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
Inquiries
All inquiries regarding this RFT are to be directed to the Contracting Authority specified herein. Inquiries must be received in writing not later than 4:00 PM local time on Wednesday 05 July 2017. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry. The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received at the location indicated below no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, 11 July 2017. Late tender submissions will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Tenders submitted by email or facsimile will not be accepted.
