The City is requesting Standing Offer submissions from Offerers qualified for the Supply and Delivery of Riveted Shoe and Lining on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms, and Conditions herein.

The Procurement of goods and/or services specified in this bid document may be subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and/or the Ontario-Quebec Procurement Agreement (OQPA).
