Requirement
The Transit Operations Branch / Transportation Services Department of the City of Ottawa (the “City”) requires the Supply and Delivery of Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil (the “Goods”), on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and Specifications of this Request for Tender.
Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Friday, 01 October 2021. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email, or by facsimile will not be accepted.
Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), set out in Price Schedule “A”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.
