Description

Requirement
The Transit Operations 2 Branch of the Transportation Services Department of the City of Ottawa, herein referred to as The City, requires the supply, delivery, install, training and maintenance of two (2) large format printers and two (2) cutters (the “Goods”), in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Request for Tender (RFT).

Tender Closing Date
All tender submissions must be received electronically through the MERX online system no later than 3:00 P.M. local time on Thursday, 29 July 2021. Late tender submissions will not be accepted. Tenders submitted physically, by email or by facsimile will not be accepted.

Basis of Award
The City intends to award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder based on the Total Tender Price (HST excluded), set out in Price Schedule “A”, minus any prompt payment discount offered.

Submission of Tenders

Should there be a discrepancy between the wording contained in this RFT (including applicable Price Schedule and issued addenda) and the wording contained in the MERX online system, then the wording contained in this RFT (including applicable Price Schedule and issued addenda) shall take precedence. Bids must be signed by an official authorized to bind the bidder;
