Requirement

The City of Ottawa, Transportation Services (the “City”) has a requirement to provide all labour, parts and equipment to:

Uninstall and Remove Six (6) Epoke S2400 Truck-Mounted Spreaders from Six (6) 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 Pickup Trucks; and
Install six (6) Epoke S2400 truck-mounted spreaders onto six (6) 2018 Ford F350 Pickup Trucks (the “Work”).

The Work shall be performed in accordance the terms, conditions and specifications of this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Closing Date

Quotations must be submitted no later than 3:00:00 PM local time (EST) on Thursday, 05 July 2018.

Inquiries and Addenda

All inquiries regarding this RFQ are to be directed to the Contracting Authority identified herein and must be received in writing no later than Thursday, 21 June 2018. Both the questions and answers will be distributed to all potential bidders by way of written addendum, without identifying the source(s) of the inquiry.

The City is not obligated to respond to an inquiry or question received after this time period has elapsed. The bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any response or interpretation received from the City unless that response or interpretation is provided by the Contracting Authority by way of addendum.

Bid Submission

Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the MERX online system to the Contracting Authority noted below. Any inquiries prior to the Closing Date shall be directed to the Contracting Authority only.

A Bidders meeting will be provided to Bidders to ensure all are aware of the details and services expected of them. Meeting will be held at the following location and time:

Bidders who do not attend the site meeting will not be precluded from submitting Bid.
