Description

The Recreation, Culture and Facility Services Department of City of Ottawa, hereinafter
referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified contractors to provide all labour,
equipment, and materials for the provision of painting services on an as and when
requested basis, in accordance with the attached terms, conditions, and specifications,
(the “Work”).
The proposed period of this Standing Offer will commence on date of award
(approximately 01 March 2022) and shall end on 28 February 2025, a 3-year period.
There will be no extension options for this Standing Offer.
During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, other Departments within the City may also
make call ups under these terms.
