The Facility Operations Services of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the “City”, is seeking offers from qualified firms to provide all labour, equipment, and materials for janitorial services at three (3) Ottawa Police facilities located at 4561 Bank Street, 2799 Swansea Crescent, and 21 Concourse Gate, and three (3) Ottawa Police offices located at 7010 Parkway Road in Greely, 350 Comet Private, and 50 Rideau Street, Unit 107, in Ottawa, Ontario in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions set out herein.
